- 1 package of blue raspberry gelatin
- 1 package lemonade gelatin
- 1 package of cherry gelatin
- 1Galaxy Gas Freedom Pop Tank
- 1 cup of Heavy whipping cream
- 2 Tablespoons of powdered sugar
- Galaxy Gas Advanced Pressure Regulator
- Galaxy Gas Whipped Cream Dispenser
- Prepare each gelatin flavor according to package instructions
- Allow each gelatin to set separately in the refrigerator.
- Once set, layer the different gelatin flavors in serving glasses.
- Pour a cup of chilled Heavy Whipping Cream into the whipped cream dispenser.
- Add 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar.
- Attach regulator to whipped cream dispenser and infuse 8g of Galaxy Gas.
- Shake the dispenser vigorously for 20-30 seconds.
- Top Parfaits with Freedom Pop flavored whipped cream.
- Serve chilled.
